Do you need our Google password?
No. You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile. You stay the owner and can remove us at any time.
Who writes the review replies?
AI drafts them in your tone and we check them. Replies to 1 to 3-star reviews are posted only after you approve them on WhatsApp or KakaoTalk.
Do you buy or write fake reviews?
Never. Fake or rewarded reviews break Google's rules and can get your reviews removed. We help your real customers leave reviews, within the rules.
Which languages do you work in?
Korean, French and English. Reports come in Korean and French by default.
